"Year 1927, month and day unknown. After weeks of wandering through endless desert and inhospitable mountain ranges, we came across a tribe of nomadic shepherds grazing their flocks on long stilts. I don't know if it was for protection from predators, better visibility, or to move more efficiently between the dunes, but the sight of these figures was truly captivating and otherworldly."
